The Paper and Pencil license is a lifetime license for our copyrighted Measures: OQ®-45.2, OQ®-30.2, Y-OQ® 2.01, Y-OQ® SR-2.0, Y-OQ® 30.2, SOQ® 2.0 and OQ®-10.2

The license fees vary based upon the size of your organization and exclude use in any electronic form (inclusion in software, internet, electronic scoring, etc.).
The Paper and Pencil licenses offers 2 additional Measures:
OQ®-10.2 is a 10-item derivative of the OQ®-45.2. It is used by referring physicians as a quick screening measure for adults.
The OQ®-10.2 was created as a screen for psychopathology. The advantage of this scale is its brevity and emphasis on items that not offensive to clients who enter primary care for physical disorders.
Psychometric data on its validity and reliability show that it maintains adequate psychometric properties.
Paper & Pencil Products in Other Languages
The OQ®-10 is available in English, French and Spanish.
All Measures are available in other languages for a fee of $25 per language.
When you place your order simply list the desired language on section B of the License Agreement Paper and Pencil License and it will be included in your shipment. If the Measure has not already been translated into your desired language additional fees may apply.
When you use the Outcome Questionnaire OQ®-10.2 the results will give you information about your client needing a possible referral to a mental health professional.
By linking psychosocial distress with outcome assessment, continuous monitoring of patient status can begin earlier - an assessment practice that has been linked to higher levels of client improvement.
All scoring and interpretation is done manually with the Paper and Pencil license.
