RE-PRODUCE AN OQ MEASURES QUESTIONNAIRE IN YOUR EMR/EHR, PRIVATE DOMAIN OR SURVEY PLATFORM WITH OQ®-ACCESS

This licensing option is not to be mistaken with our web-based OQ®-Analyst subscription, as they are incredibly different forms of licensing. OQ®-Access simply grants you legal permission to re-produce OQ instruments within your preferred online domain to automate scoring. How you re-produce it, and in which domain, is up to you – we only require that when you do, access to OQ Measures instruments must be private and not available in the public domain, and they must be removed if and when your contract expires.

OQ®-Access licenses do not include OQ®-Analyst algorithms that provide clinician feedback and early warning treatment failure alerts. OQ®-Access simply gives you the rights to re-produce our hand-scored questionnaires in your electronic medical or electronic health care records platform, your website, or survey platforms like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey to automate total score and subscale scores online.

Pricing is dependent on the number of patients/clients you will be serving annually, per instrument.
